ANNOUNCEMENT -The Turkmen people under oppression! |

The cruel and merciless Islamic Republic regime once again showed its
real face to an innocent nation that demands its rights, through
tyrannical pressures by confining the Turkmen nation which has been
suppressed by murders and oppression. The very same regime turned the
hidden war against the Turkmen nation, which is vigilant and against
oppression, into a genuine conflict by murdering young Turkmen.
Through their uprising in Bandar-e Turkmen, Gomish Tappeh and
Khajeh-Nafas, the Turkmen people has turned another page of their golden
history against oppression, thrown a rock against the life bottle of the
Islamic Republic of Iran and left the regime in huge terror and
confusion.
Today, we observe that this has been the last straw for our nation.
Today, we will not leave the oppression of the greatest tyrants of our
age unanswered.
This nation, which only wants to preserve its tongue and culture, and to
protect its bread and land, has no choice but to revolt and shout.
This nation has chosen to be patient against your cruelty and tyranny so
far. This nation was the fire beneath the ashes. This nation just wanted
to survive. You forced it to react. You rekindled the fire beneath the
ashes. No power will be strong enough to put out that fire once it is
burning again. No more silence and tranquility. No more patience and
tolerance. No more to stay silent while observing our beloved ones die.
We invite all to write Shabnamahs (night communiqués) and to fill every
wall in Iran with slogans (graffiti).
Let the tyrants tremble this time and let them know that the end of
their cruel empire has arrived!
We invite all organizations that protect nations under oppression, all
opponents of the cruel and illegal Islamic Republic, whether they are
Turks, Farsi, Baluchi or Arabs, or any other nationality, to support
this war waged by the Turkmen nation against the cruelty and pressure of
their dictators.
We call every human rights organization to make a move against the
murder of the oppressed Turkmen people by the regime.

THE REVOLUTIONARY ACTION OF THE TURKMEN PEOPLE AGAINST THE MURDERERS OF
THE REGIME
Once again the regime showed its ugly face to the Turkmen people. Once
again a young and unemployed Turkmen was left in blood and killed by the
Coast Guard forces under the pretext of going to the sea illegally to
support his family. Once again the Turkmensahra people put on mourning
and the whole region is grieving.
On the morning of the December 28, 2007 (7 Day 1386) an 18 year-old
young named Hosamaddin Khadivar from the village of Chapaqli was
brutally killed by the Coast Guard forces. The marine police attacked
the little boat of Hosam and his friends with their big navy ships that
have big projectors and broke the body of this poor Hosam into pieces.
In this attack a young friend of Hadiwar was gravely injured. This is
not the first incident that the police killed the young and poor Turkmen
for the sake of some fish. Up to day many oppressed young Turkmen were
killed and there wasn't even a year that the young Turkmen fishermen
were not killed. Turkmensahra will never forget its innocent and
oppressed children. young people like Halim Gholi Vatanpour from Gomish
Tappeh and Barsam from Chapaqli, . from Qamishli will never be
forgotten. All these young people were killed just for fishing some
fish. However it is not clear which thief network of the Islamic
Republic have gained the money of the caviar caught in this sea and
distributed all around the world. Although the people living in the
seaside is very poor, they can not freely take advantage of these
blessings and they are getting bullets instead of bread and the
intermediaries of the government is gaining lots of money by exporting
caviar. The blessings of the sea are seen as forbidden to the young
people whereas lawful to them.
The Turkmen who adopted a conservative behavior because of the
oppression of the revolution resorted to legal means after each murder
but could not come to a conclusion. The families resorted to legal means
but as a result of the threat of the security forces these legal means
could not come to a conclusion or remained uncompleted. The security
forces and the coast guards have committed such crimes recently that
Captain Hamid, who always tortured and punished the Turkmen during the
Shah era, is like innocent compared to them. The people of the
Turkmensahra have waited patiently for years and thought that this will
be solved with the help of the parliamentarians and high level
officials. But how long can they wait?
Turkmen people are patient and strong but when the day they run out of
their patience comes no one could hold them back. On December 30 (9 Day)
dozens of people with motorbikes and pick-up trucks went to the police
station of the Coast Guards to show their reaction against the
intentional killing of Hosameddin but they set 1 Peugeot- Parshia, 1
Pride vehicle belonging to the police station and 2 Coast Guard Boats on
fire because of the misbehavior of the commander of the police station.
Afterwards the people who directed towards governorship of Bandar-e
Turkmen attacked there.
After the incidents all vehicles of the security forces, all buses
carrying security forces, ambulances, . and Patrols carrying officials
of security and governor were directed towards Bandar-e Turkmen and
declared state of emergency where the center of command of the security
forces was located and positioned in this street.
This is the first mass organized movement of the Turkmen since they are
oppressed by the regime. Before this Turkmen resisted against the
snatchers supported by the regime in small regions such as Okhi Tappeh,
Habib Ishan, Anbar Olum, Tekke and. to defend their agricultural land
and pasture but this time this movement took place in the second most
populated city of the Turkmen with its population over 100,000. This
movement will spread to all regions of the Turkmen. The regime must have
felt this danger so that they put Rapid Reaction Forces of Golestan
province in Bandar-e Turkmen and put the city under the appearance of
state of emergency by taking the people driving motorbikes and pick-ups
under custody. There wasn't a wide-spread reaction against the regime
due to the murders it has committed in the last three decades but this
time the state of the regime is violently shaken and the regime is
putting its efforts to ruin this reaction movement with all its
strength. Therefore it is estimated that the legionaries of this regime
will begin a wide-spread series of arrests and will put its efforts to
destroy this revolutionary movement when it is small.
But this regime has to know that the patience of the persevering people
of Turkmensahra is running out and the desperate people have no other
way than fight and revolt to calm down the situation.
Turkmensahra Liberation Organization has repeatedly warned the murderers
of the Islamic Republic in the recent months and that the Turkmen people
will respond in an appropriate manner when they do not change their
inhumane, brutal and discriminatory methods.
But the venal men of the regime did not take this warning seriously.
These reactionary movements are the beginning of a wide-spread
revolutionary movement in Turkmensahra. As long as the regime continues
its brutal behavior, this fire will take all Turkmensahra inside. It is
not far that this wide-spread and organized movement will take
Turkmensahra inside.
