Mohammad Ali hosini speaker of Iranian foreign Ministry objected to what he called releasing sooner of one of attackers to Iranian embassy.

 The person that Mr Hosini talked about him , is Fozi Badawi Nejad who after attacking to the Iranian Embassy in London in 26 years ago , arrested and sentenced to the life.

 Speaker of Iranian foreign Ministry  in time talking about Forgiveness and freeing him from prison In UK , sources in Home office In UK told  BBC Persian that he is still in prison!!!

 Any way Home Office of UK did not accept or denied that Fozi Badawi Nijad is going to be forgiven and freed sooner.

 Fozi Badawi Nijad in 30 of April of 1980 with five others that belonged to the political separatist Group of Arab who wanted to separate Khuzestan Province , They Attacked to the Iranian Embassy in London and took 26 person hostage.

 Hostage takers asked for release of 91 person of their group from prison in Iran , which in that time Iranian did not accept that.

 During 6 days of hostage taking ,hostage freed ,but one of them which his name was Abas Lavasani who was a Media consultant of  Iranian Embassy in London.

 Finally hostage taking ended with involvement of SAS that during that the only person who was still a life was Fozi Badawi Nijad 

 Inquiry later showed that attackers had trained in Iraq and the operation happened by the Guide and support of Government of saddam Hussein in Iraq, less than four month after that ; 8 year war between Iran and Iraq started.

 Possibility of releasing one of the attackers suggested in the time that Arab Area residents of Iran after 25 year again have an uprising against the Iranian Government.

 Iranian official many times accused Britain of supporting Arab population in Iran for uprising, and saying that people who arrested in relation with this uprising confessed that they have been trained In south of Iraq, in area under control of British Army .
